Foreshore Technology introduce Dredge Master Pile a real time piling monitoring system. Designed to make creating and following pile designs simple for the operator, Dredge Master Pile Improves the efficiency of your piling works.

The Dredge Master Pile application comes pre installed with a library of pile cross sections to enable you to quickly build up your design. You can also import cross section designs from AutoCAD. Wizards allow you to quickly create interlocking pile wall designs as well as using the mouse to click and drag the position of the piles.

Dredge Master Pile allows the operator to see the pile design in 3D with the actual pile cross section designs to help him visualise the required works and avoid any errors.

The system guides the operator to exact location and orientation against the design using intuitive symbols and displays. The progress of the current works is recorded and can be reported on.

The complete system includes the Dredge Master Piling software, an industrial base computer, Rugged monitors, remote support software and web portal login. We can also provide the necessary sensors or link up to existing sensors that have already been installed. All of which combine to make one of the most advanced pile monitoring systems available today.
